Booking Term & Conditions of V.P.I. Tour & Travels, strongly advises his client to take out a trip cancellation insurance, unless he already has it with his credit card (see with the bank the case of cancellation before departure).
By having a travel insurance, our customer will be able to obtain the refund of the service (see the terms of your insurance with your bank).
The insurance contract taken out will only apply if the cause invoked by the customer for cancellation of his trip is not included in the list of reasons and circumstances listed in the contract.
To be able to benefit from the refund, the customer will have to provide the requested documents of the insurance.
