We moved here from Antwerp, this is the Flemish side of Belgium and in fact, there are almost no differences. It is very comfortable to live here. Why are there no other destinations specified?

it’s work in progress. We’re adding new and existing destinations in the near future but you can get your trip modified according to your destinations we will additionally add it on the other hand

Is the Netherlands accessible for people with a disability?

This is a very difficult question to answer. Accessibility involves particular places and people. It can not be generalized for a country, city, neighborhood or even a building. Every location is examined personally or by someone instructed to examine a location. Is the Rijksmuseum accessible for wheelchairs?

The interior of the rijksmuseum is accessible for people with strollers, wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs. The Rijksmuseum does not allow scooters to go into the museum. At the entrance wheelchairs are available for use. For people that can not visit the museum independently, an assistant can enter the museum for free. The Rijksmuseum allows guide dogs and offers audiotours. Buggies for small children are also available for use at the entrance.

Is the Van Gogh Museum accessible for wheelchairs?

The interior of the Van Gogh Museum is accessible for people with strollers and wheelchairs. The museum has elevators and no bumps. At the entrance you will find a wheelchair elevator. The museum offers audiotours and allows guide dogs.

Is the Rembrandt house accessible with a wheelchair?

Yes, you will find a platform lift for wheelchair users at the entrance of the Rembrandthuis. Most levels and rooms can be reached by elevator, but not all. Despite the fact that the museum is not perfectly accessible, the Rembrandthuis is definately worth a visit for people with limited mobility.

Is the canal cruise accessible for wheelchair users?

Is bus 858 to Keukenhof accessible for wheelchair users?

Bus 858 from Schiphol Airport to Keukenhof is wheelchair accessible. You can enter the bus at the middle entrance. You will need some help to get into the bus, because the platform is not on the same height as the entrance of the bus. The difference is about 10 to 15 cm. If you are traveling by yourself, you can ask another traveler or the driver to help you enter the bus. In the part where you enter the bus is also space for a wheelchair user. The bus ride from Schiphol Airport to Keukenhof takes approximately 30 minutes. If you want to book a wheelchair accessible taxi to Keukenhof, please go to ‘ Transfer to Keukenhof’.
